    1. Scoreboard.
    2. Meetings.

Regardless of whether we end up using “Management by Objective”, “OKRs”, or “KPIs”, some of the initial significant work we often help with involves ensuring the larger goals are clear and each manager has goals through which it is clear whether they are performing or not.
